At Nomad Rehab, we believe there should be no middle man when it comes to your health. That’s why we work with our patient’s directly and do not accept insurance for our concierge services. No dealing with authorizations, additional copays or “we won’t know the charges until your insurance processes the visit.”

  • Evaluation $150 | 60 mins

    Follow up appointments $140 | 60 mins

    Package pricing available upon request.

  • Recommendation for dry needling will be provided once an evaluation is completed.

    Dry needling services added onto a physical therapy appointment will be $25.

    Dry needling appointment only $100 | 45 minutes.

  • Virtual appointments $100 | 60 minutes

FAQs

  • In the State of Illinois, Physical Therapists have Direct Access which allows them to see a patient without an order from a Medical Doctor.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

  • For our concierge service, we will bring a portable treatment table (70inches x 30 inches). Please wear comfortable clothing you can exercise in.

  • Everyone’s care should be personalized to them. You can be seen once a week, twice a week or even twice a month. It just depends on the plan of care developed with your therapist.
